Color Theory

1. Define hue: is the best options to refer to the pure spectrum of colors.
2. Define value: is the lightness and or darkness of a given color.

   

   I used blue to represent the hue from dark to light.

   1. ​Example: Choose your favorite color. Demonstrate VALUE using 7+ photos (light to dark of your chosen hue). Canvas specs above
3. Define saturation: its the intensity, value, or colorfulness of a color
4. How many colors are available on our computers?
5. Define secondary color: the color produced from the blending of two primary colors
6. Define tertiary color: a color that is mixed by two secondary colors
7. Define complementary colors: colors that are directly across of each other in the color wheel.

   

   This this the color range we see with our eyes.

   

   This is the color range  of Photoshop.

   

   A color gamut is a range of colors that is available to the computer and or printer.  

   1. ​Find, copy and and place captions of a  Traditional Color Wheel and a Photoshop Color Wheel
8. What are the primary colors in Photoshop? The primary colors are red, green, and blue.
9. What are the secondary colors in Photoshop? The secondary colors are cyan, magenta, yellow, and black
10. Define subtractive color model:  it's the production of color by mixing of pigment
11. Define additive color model: it's the production of color by mixing of light
12. Is RGB additive or subtractive? They are additive.
13. What is the CMYK color model used for? it is used for color printing
14. Define analogous colors: is any three adjacent primary, secondary, or tertiary color  on the color wheel
15. Define tint: base color plus white
16. Define shade: base color plus black
17. Define neutral: a color that is not bright or strong
18. Define monochromatic: one-color color sceme

19. What can be said in general about warm colors?  They represent change
20. What can be said in general about cool colors? They have a calming effect
21. Which color is associated with stability? blue
22. Which color symbolizes royalty? purple
23. Which is the color of cleanliness? white
24. Which color symbolism freshness? green
25. Which colors are associated with joy? orange
26. Which color symbolizes passion and danger? red

My Future Vision

            My future plans are still developing. I do have a few ideas of what I wanted to be when i get older. I would like to be a chef. I always loved to cook and i feel like I would be good at it but I feel like i changed that career path. I feel like this is my backup career path. The chef gives out minimum wage.  It depends on the person who gives you an amount.

               I would like to go to a culinary college, like the one i referenced in my collage. The Culinary Academy or something related to that. I could get the experience i would need to be a chef. They pay minimum wages which range up from 15.76 for entry, 21.65 median, 29.82 for experience wages. They can make up from 70,000-100,000 dollars yearly.  It is expected to get more chef jobs in the year 2020. That is the year i would be 20 years of age starting out getting jobs going to collage and starting a life.

My masterpiece messages to say how we need to clean up all the trash problem because if there are trash on the floor the plants can't grow so you should plant flowers or trees so that we can get the oxygen and so our grandchildren won;t have a hard time breathing.

I created it by using photoshop and gathering pictures to show how we need to clean up the trash problem.
